Four stages from fluff pulp to sealed carton
A diaper is a stack of six materials bonded at speed. Everything that decides comfort — core shape, SAP distribution, leg-cuff tension — happens in these four stages.
Core forming
Fluff pulp and SAP metered and layered into the absorbent core, then compacted to shape.
Lamination & cutting
Topsheet, backsheet and ADL laminated; core cut to size with the leg cuff positioned.
Folding & sealing
Folded, waistband tensioned, side seals welded. Every piece passes a metal and weight check.
Bagging & cartoning
Counted, compressed, bagged with your print, then cartoned and palletised for container loading.
What a buyer sees on the walk-through
Tested before shipment, not after the complaint
Every batch is checked at all five gates: incoming raw material, online production, finished goods, packing and container loading. Retention samples are kept so a dispute can be settled with the actual batch, not a memory of it.
