Frequently Asked Questions
The questions buyers actually ask on WhatsApp — answered before you have to.
If your question is not here, message us. We answer within 12 working hours, in English, French or Arabic.
Ordering & MOQ
What is your MOQ?
Flexible. Production orders start at one 20GP, and you can combine sizes, categories and pack formats in it. Ready-stock models ship below container volume — ask for the current stock list. If you want to test the market first, say so and we will quote the smallest order we can actually run.
Can I mix categories in one container?
Yes. Baby diapers, pads, adult products and wet wipes can be combined in one 20GP or 40HQ. Mixed loading is the normal way distributors test several categories at once, and it usually fills the container better than a single SKU.
Do you supply free samples?
Samples of running models are free; you pay the courier. Custom samples with your artwork take 3–7 days and may carry a sampling charge, which is credited against your first order.
How long does production take?
20–30 days after artwork approval and deposit for standard production; 25–35 days for large orders. Custom ODM specs add a sample approval round. Peak season (Q3–Q4) can extend this — book capacity early.
Price & payment
Why do you price by absorption instead of per piece?
Because per-piece price hides the product. Divide the piece price by the absorption it actually delivers and two quotes stop looking like the same product at two prices — the cheaper piece is often the more expensive one per unit of performance. We quote both figures on every quotation so you can decide with your own margin in view.
What payment terms do you accept?
T/T — 30% deposit to confirm the order, 70% against the B/L copy. Programme customers can discuss quarterly price locks and staggered deposits; the 30/70 structure stays the same.
Which Incoterms do you quote?
FOB Guangzhou by default — the inland trucking from Hengyang to the port is on our side of the price. CFR, FCA and EXW on request. If you compare quotes from several suppliers, make sure they are all on the same Incoterm — a CIF price and an FOB price are not the same number.
Can you hold a price?
For programme customers, yes: a defined window with advance notice of raw-material index movements. Spot orders are quoted with 30-day validity, because SAP and fluff pulp move.
Quality & certification
Which certifications do you hold?
ISO 9001 for the management system — certified in 2008 — plus SGS third-party test reports on absorption, rewet, pH, microbial limits and raw-material migration, and TÜV Rheinland factory audit reports. Note that disposable diapers are not in the scope of EU CE marking — they fall under GPSR and REACH, and our documentation is built for that. Signed copies with the certificate number and validity dates are provided on request.
Can I send a third-party inspector?
Yes, and we recommend it for a first order. We open the lines, the QC lab and the warehouse, and we provide loading photos with the container and seal number before the doors close.
What do you test on every batch?
Absorption and rewet, pH, microbial count and fluorescent agents, with retention samples kept per batch. A certificate of analysis travels with each shipment.
Documents & registration
Can you help with NAFDAC / SONCAP / SABER registration?
We supply the factory-side documents — manufacturing licence, COA, test reports, ISO certificates, label artwork — and we know what each scheme asks for. The registration itself must be filed by the importer of record or your local agent; a factory outside your country cannot hold it for you.
Do I need a trademark before ordering?
For a plain private-label order, not always. For NAFDAC and several Gulf schemes, yes — a trademark certificate or application is a precondition of registration. Start the filing before you place the order; it is the single most common cause of delay in this category.
Who is responsible for label wording?
The importer of record. We set artwork in English, French, Arabic, Spanish, Portuguese and Russian, place the regulatory wording you approve, and flag obvious conflicts — but the legal content in your market must come from your registration agent.
Logistics
How many pieces fit in a container?
It depends on the size, the pack count and the packing you choose — which is why we do not quote pieces per container from memory. Send us the SKU and the destination port and we return a loading plan with the pieces per 20GP and per 40HQ for that exact packing, standard or compressed.
Which ports do you ship from?
Guangzhou, by default. The factory is in Hengyang, about 550 km inland, and the trucking to the port is included in our FOB price rather than quoted as a separate line. If you prefer another port of loading, we quote it on request.
Can you ship to a landlocked country?
Yes. We quote to the port of discharge and can arrange through-bills to inland destinations with a forwarder of your choice, or ours.
Brands
Will you sell your own brand in my market?
No. If you manufacture with us under your own brand, we do not sell our brands or look-alike SKUs into your territory for the term of our agreement. If you want a brand of ours, we license it by territory instead of selling direct — and we do not license the same brand to two distributors in one country.
Can you produce under a brand I do not own yet?
We will produce against a trademark application, but we will not print a mark you cannot show a right to. Shipments have been seized for exactly this reason.
Stock, visits & next steps
Do you have ready stock I can ship this month?
Yes, on running models. We hold stock of standard baby pants, pads and adult pants, and mixed loading is allowed, so a first order can leave without a production run. Stock moves weekly — ask for the current list and we will tell you what is actually on the floor rather than what the catalogue says.
Can I visit the factory before I order?
Yes, and we recommend it. Tell us the date and we arrange pickup from Hengyang East railway station, about 30 minutes away. You can walk the lines, the QC lab and the loading bay, and bring your own inspector. If travel is not practical, we run the same walk-through on a video call in your time zone.
What happens after I send an enquiry?
Within 12 working hours you get one reply from the person who will quote you: the spec that fits your market, a per-piece price and a container loading plan. If a sample is the next step, we say what it costs and how long it takes. No sales sequence, no automated follow-up.
